Over at Bach they've been on the hops again...brewing up their beer for the invitation only, NZIPA challenge at Smith's Craft-house in Queenstown. Loaded with Motueka, Peacharine, Riwaka and NZ101, it's as kiwi as a mighty ol' S-Bedford which toiled for an era to build our nation and quench thirsts, when NZ pioneered delivering beer to pubs in massive ~5,000 litre beer tankers.

Bach Brewing have been on the hops again... conjuring up a super crushable, super crisp Extra Cold IPA. Brewed with a bohemian lager yeast, crispy grains and a load of aromatic hops including Riwaka, Rakau, Motueka, Citra and Mosaic. 6.5% ABV.

Over at Bach they've been on Freesyle hop-farms in Moutere valley, rubbing and sniffing the pungent new season sticky hop cones. Sticky and dank with Lupulin, they've steeped massive loads of fresh harvested green Nelson Sauvin hop cones, flown same day to their brewers, Chris and Craig at Steam Brewery, and backed up by new season hop pellets of Riwaka, Motueka and Sauvin, also fast-tracked by Freestyle in record time.

Bach Brewing have been on the hops again... dreaming of lazy days at the beach, surfing, siesta's, cold pilsner and bbq's. Brewed with crisp pilsner malts and loaded with a generous dose of dry hops including Nelson Sauvin, Simcoe, Citra and El Dorado, and cold conditioned for a smoother mouthfeel.

Bach Brewing have been on the hops again... worshipping the cryogenic hop process that delivers concentrated lupulin, which is jammed with the magical resin and aromatic oils. Cryo Genius is brewed with an intense combo of hops including Nectaron, Nelson Sauvin, Superdelic, El Dorado, Citra, and Mosaic.

Over at Bach they've been on the hops again ... big intense West Coast USA hops! The classic Californian West Coast IPA style originates from the late 70's and emerged in NZ circa just twenty years ago. All about the perfect balance between alcohol, malted barley, and high intensity of hops, to deliver max flavour and drinkability, they brewed their more modern take with a truckload of fruit driven hops including Idaho 7, Mosaic, Citra, and Simcoe.

Over at Bach they've been on the hops... as usual, blended with some lazy times at the beach. Nothing Lazy about a hazy but. Brewed for longer, with London Fog yeast, a massive load of vibrant hops including Zythos, Ahhhroma, Mosaic, Citra, and Simcoe, and extra juicy - Golden Promise malts. 6.5% ABV.

Originating from East Coast USA, the New England or Hazy IPA style de-emphasizes hop bitterness and showcases hop flavour and aroma reminiscent of tropical fruit juice. Bach Brewing have brewed their first hazy IPA with a juicy combination of Maris Otter; wheat malts, oats, and a truck load of tropical fruit driven hops from NZ, Australia and USA. 6.2% ABV.

Why use a stick of dynamite when a party popper will do the trick? Eazy Hazy brings the colour and spark while keeping things nicely chilled. Succulent US hops deliver lime, passionfruit, and hints of coconut around a creamy, rolled-wheat base to balance the zesty bitter finish.

Let me tell you something my friend, hops are a dangerous thing, hops can drive a person insane, got no use on the inside, better get used to that. It comes down to a simple choice. Get busy hopping or get busy... Well not hopping. That's goddamn right! Remember hops are a good thing, maybe the best of things, and good things never die. In honour of what may be the best movie ever made Behemoth make this West Coast IPA using their favourite NZ, Aussie and US hops. Malty, but dry and bitter, everything you could want in a West Coast IPA. I hope these hops were as green as they have been in my dreams. I hope...

This beer is inspired by Nashville, Tennessee. Nashville is a crazy, vibrant place; full of live music, in every bar, at all times of day and night. It's a place famous for hot chicken, cowboy boot stores, and a never ending flow of hen nights. This place is pretty much the Vegas of the south. With its blend of beer, food, and culture Behemoth could only think of one hop that would sum the place up; Mosaic. So, this Hazy IPA is chock full of Mosaic hops to represent how many things are going on in Music City. It's a Mosaic of experiences and flavours. Enjoy Ya'll.
