It would make a perfect partner to rare herb encrusted eye fillet of beef with roasted vegetables, or with an aged cheddar or parmesan cheese at the end of the meal. Chocolate, Cassis and mint flavours on the nose. These flavours carry over to the palate with he addition of ripe berry flavours. The parcels of premium Barossa Cabernet Sauvignon used in this wine were open fermented before being gently pressed and racked to barrel.
