Kim Crawford Illuminate Piquette is an all-natural lower in alcohol fruit wine. With the method originating from France, it is made by re-soaking pressed grapes from their vibrant, fresh and tropical Sauvignon Blanc.

A crisp, medium bodied, dry wine with a refreshing and elegant palate. Mouth-watering acidity is balanced by a salty minerality on the finish.

This wine shows an array of fruit characters, ranging from citrus through to tropical notes. This is complemented by some secondary characters from the natural yeast ferments and also some barrel aging. The palate has an elegant structure with a creamy, textural mid-palate and a long finish.

Crisp and clean this is our most successful vintage of Sauvignon blanc and is perfectly suited to the local Te Matuku Oysters which are farmed close to Man O' War, or similarly the abundant seafood that thrive in the surrounding coastal waters.
