The Bannockburn Pinot Noir is Carrick's flagship wine and known for its structure and ability to age well over a long period of time. It has a lovely aroma with notes of fresh blackberries, raspberry coulis and vanilla. It's complex and layered on the palate, the tannins are soft and build, alongside notes of wood smoke, leather and black pepper. It's long and powerful, with plenty of years ahead of it to gather further detail.

Full of aromas of juicy dark cherry and black plum that lead to a velvety smooth finish with flavours of dark fruit and nuances of raspberry and plum.

A medium bodied red wine, silky texture and fine tannins. The palate is full of red fruits, plum and black cherry.

Very expressive fruit aroma with outstanding mature berries, forest fruit joined with delicate hints of coffee and toast coming from the barrels. From the start, it's a remarkable expression of Carmenere thanks to the typical fruit like plums, blackberries and some spicy touches. The tannins are polished and long with a medium body at the end.

A full bodied wine. On the palate it offers red berry notes, crisp and dry.

The delicate assembly of the expression of a harvest and a majority of reserve wines, some of them held in magnums for between 7 and 15 years Special Cuvée is composed of over 85% Grand and Premier crus of the three main Champagne varieties: 60% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay and 15% Meunier. It is cellar aged for twice as long as required by appellation regulations. It is moderately dosed at between 7 and 8 grams per litre.

Charles Heidsieck Rosé Réserve embodies the house's signature style with a blend of 40 crus, including 5% red wines. Its powdery pink hue and fine bubbles lead to aromas of homemade strawberry jam, vineyard peach, and warm hints of gingerbread and cinnamon. The palate is rich and indulgent, with layers of strawberry, raspberry, and blackberry in velvety cream. Aged 3-4 years on lees with 35% reserve wines, it offers a perfect balance of freshness, structure, and refined intensity.
