The medium-bodied palate is brimming with more joyously juicy orchard fruits, and as the wine opens up, hints of spice, dried figs and citrus peel emerge. This is a wine of elegant simplicity, that over-delivers on primary, immediate fruit freshness, perfectly balanced ripeness and acidity.

It opens with a burst of juicy red fruit aromas, of strawberry, cranberry and raspberry sorbet which carry through to the palate. Vibrant acidity is enhanced by a creamy texture and notes of vanilla pod. The wine culminates in a mouthwatering finish with hints of white peach.

The ultimate expression of Stoneleigh's minimal-intervention wine making philosophy, Wild Valley is crafted using fruit picked at optimum ripeness and is wild fermented by the micro-flora that occur naturally in the Rapaura environment. This delicate, rose-pink wine shows a riot of red fruit aromas. Strawberry, loganberry and redcurrant with cream. This is a dry style of rosé, crisp and refreshing, with more primary red fruits on the palate and a hint of spice. The ripe fruits lead through to a fresh, savoury finish and encapsulates summer in a glass, all year round.

Bursting with aromas; an abundance of tropical fruits, crisp citrus, punchy jalapeno, and fresh herbs, this wine showcases the intensity that has made Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc famous the world over. The palate is refined and classical with a vibrancy of fruit and a mineral purity that creates a sense of sophistication and elegance.

The wine has delightful aromas of white peach, nectarines and subtle citrus zest join hints of cashew and cream. Fresh flavours of stone fruit combine with cashews and an underlying toastiness from the barrel fermentation to deliver a mouth-filling, enjoyable wine. It has a clean, elegant palate, a zesty acid backbone and long, persistent finish. A small portion of this wine was barrel fermented and then lees stirred for 4 months. After 6 - 8 months maturation in French oak, the wine was blended and bottled.

Sourced exclusively from Te Mata Estate's own vineyards. This Estate Vineyards Chardonnay was harvested from Bridge Pa Triangle, Woodthorpe Terraces and Havelock Hills vineyards. White gold in the glass, immediate refreshing appeal of ripe nectarine and lemon sorbet edged with sea-salt, roast almond and a hint of smoke from French oak. Delicious on its own, or a wonderful partner for both simply prepared and fuller flavoured seafood and white meat dishes.

Vibrant guava and vibrant passionfruit on the nose give way to gooseberry, coriander and aniseed on the palate - rich, complex botanicals that add alluring detail to this wine.

TWR are passionate about aromatic varieties and particularly those from Alsace so it was only a matter of time until they took on the challenge of Pinot Gris. When they first bought their property they replanted a section of the old block with the Berry-Smith clone (also known as Larkham clone) of Pinot Gris. TWR selected this particular clone especially for its low cropping, small bunches and small berries as they felt it would deliver the best quality fruit.
